SATURDAY, APRIL 25, 2020 [EXTENDED LOCKDOWN IS REAL]
Maybe I’m just getting anxious but I felt like I’m in prison. I haven’t been outside for five days now and I am located in the 3rd floor of our apartment building. Having said that, I have not seen any sunshine for five days. On top of that, I’m awake at night while asleep for most of the morning time.
My body clock is broken.
I know I am not the only one who suffered from this bad sleeping habit nowadays. My friends are posting the same thing. I have even read an article from Psycom that this might due to the pandemic anxiety. Although, I think I am just really a huge procrastinator. Lol.
But doing the same bad habit with everyone doesn’t make it right, right?
So I have this crazy idea that I find myself awkward. Haha.
I will start exercising starting tomorrow. Sunday.
It’s awkward because its not really my thing. I have a younger brother who is into physical activities because he is in a military academy. He tried to suggest me about this kind of stuff several times but I am just that lazy to do it.
I will be using this free app I found in Play Store. 30 days Fitness challenge. I don’t know if I can keep this up though. Haha.
I am shy to show any of my body picture here but I will be posting something soon about the future results.
