
SATURDAY, APRIL 25, 2020 [EXTENDED LOCKDOWN IS REAL]
Maybe I’m just getting anxious but I felt like I’m in prison. I haven’t been outside for five days now and I am located in the 3rd floor of our apartment building. Having said that, I have not seen any sunshine for five days. On top of that, I’m awake at night while asleep for most of the morning time.
My body clock is broken.
I know I am not the only one who suffered from this bad sleeping habit nowadays. My friends are posting the same thing. I have even read an article from Psycom that this might due to the pandemic anxiety. Although, I think I am just really a huge procrastinator. Lol.
But doing the same bad habit with everyone doesn’t make it right, right?
So I have this crazy idea that I find myself awkward. Haha.
I will start exercising starting tomorrow. Sunday.
It’s awkward because its not really my thing. I have a younger brother who is into physical activities because he is in a military academy. He tried to suggest me about this kind of stuff several times but I am just that lazy to do it.
I will be using this free app I found in Play Store. 30 days Fitness challenge. I don’t know if I can keep this up though. Haha.
I am shy to show any of my body picture here but I will be posting something soon about the future results.

Good luck to you, if you pace it out, don’t finish a circuit, skip a day don’t beat yourself up for it. It’s better to just accept it and keep going 🙂

At this moment, I honestly doubt that home workout works. But I guess it wouldn’t hurt to try something out. Haha.

Good luck, it’s a great idea. I’ve done my Achilles Tendon so no running, but I have discovered Adriene’s Yoga on YouTube, never done it before but she is really good😀 Hope you have fun with your workout 😀 Oh! And thanks for the follow 👍

I’ve also been at home for almost 7 weeks since schools are shut down. I started developing some headaches which pushed me to do some exercises. I’ve been working out for 20 minutes everyday for the past week and the headaches haven’t returned since. You need to exercise 😊

It took me a long time to buy into the regular exercise routine, but I do it everyday now as well as walking, hiking and cycling, when possible. Good luck.
